IPA is celebrating the 2023 winners at IPA is celebrating the 2023 winners at Splashlight Studios with the  opening of the Annual IPA Best of Show winners exhibition -- showing the  Category Winners and Curated Selection -- and other photography events  on October 28 and 29.
